High Protein Banana Mini-Loaf
Ingredients
105g steel cut oats (or grinded oats)
9 egg whites 1 ½ scoops vanilla protein powder
8grams SF FF banana pudding mix (1 serving)
90 grams raw banana
Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste (optional)
2-3 packets of splenda (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• In bowl mix all ingredients together making sure it is blended well.
• Spray mini loaf pan with cooking spray.
• Pour batter into mini loaf pan.
• Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Nutritional Information: Makes 3 mini loaves

Total Carbohydrate: 35 g

banana Bread-Cake
I’d rather call it a cake when it comes to banana bread due to the texture this bread-cake has chopped nuts and raisins in it.
I wanted to add chocolate chips too but that would be too much *grins* the icing is marzipan liquid by dr. oetker; love the almond flavor; however, the bread-cake itself has a slight lemon flavor; so there you go, its more tutti fruity bread cake

Calories/Fat/nutrition in Starbucks Banana Nut Loaf?
I can’t find any nutrition information on the FOOD stuff at Starbucks anything I”ve found on Starbucks Nutrition info. is only the drinks. Does anyone know the nutrition info for the banana nut loaf at Starbucks? Or any of the other food there?

It’s hard for them to post it online because of the variations of sizes and exact ingredient amounts from location to location, but an estimation from a fab cook =) : Per serving, 250 – 300 calories, 8 – 14 grams fat, almost 0% for any nutrition

Banana Nut Loaf
Ingredients:
2 oz butter
cup sugar
cup bananas (mashed)
1 egg
1 cup flour
cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons milk
teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Beat in mashed bananas.
3. Dissolve soda in milk and stir in mixture.
4. Beat in egg.
5. Stir in walnuts.
6. Add flour and salt and stir into other ingredients.
7. Put the mixture into a greased loaf tin.
8. Bake for an hour in a moderate oven.
