You should let them go rotten and then make banana bread! It’s the best.

The first answer is good, I love smoothies and banana bread.
You can peel and freeze them to make smoothies later, just try to use them within a week or two.

You can mash them up and mix with plain yogurt or make banana pudding.

my kids love to slice them and dip them into chocolate and then into nuts or coconut and freeze the slices on a cookie sheet. when they are frozen you can toss them into a ziploc bag or tupperware container to keep them in.

you can just peel them and mash them and freeze them in a container to use later when you want to make banana bread…. or eat frozen mashed banana like ice cream…. no fat, no cholesterol and tastes great!

Banana nut bread. You can make it, and you are usually supposed to make it, when the bananas are already brown.

They will also keep a little longer if you put them in the fridge.
