On Friday night, I …
On Friday night, I made the banana pudding & on Saturday evening we ate it.
I used 3 tablespoon of vanilla, 4 cups of milk & 4 egg yolks & I followed everything that was said in this video. I watched this video about 10 times over a two week period. This is the first time in over 10 years that I was successful in making this dish. Thanks Brady—I will be making this for Thanksgiving & Christmas this year & now I will not have to make cupcakes for our family gathering.

Well, I guess you could possible add the bananas and mixture first… then add the crackers when serving. I’ve never tried this way, but I don’t see why it would hurt. Those crackers are probably going to get soggy no matter what if you add them in the beginning. Actually, I’ve used ginger snaps before and it was really good… those are a little harder — but over time they’ll get soggy too
