    Thank you! You can use just plain apple sauce – not apple cider – apple cider is a liquid – you can find apple sauce at any grocery store – or simply make your own by peeling and coring a few apples..maybe 5 or 6 – slicing them up and putting them on the stove with some water DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH WATER – just a 1/4 of the way up to the apples) add some cinnamon and maybe 2-3 good spoonfuls of brown sugar = homemade applesauce.
